Hi, I attended a first stage interview for an associate role at Accenture. Shortly after the interview, the candidate dashboard showed that my application is moving forward and marked as “Awaiting Recruiter Confirmation.”

It has been a week since the interview. I tried calling the recruiter and the HR manager, but they have not responded (kinda ghosting). Is this normal at Accenture? Does the process usually take this long, or does this indicate they are not proceeding further?

Usually recruitment is fast in Accenture. Ones my interview was done HR called me immediately to complete BGV, ones that was done immediately next day the offer was released

But yes, these HRs are very worse they don’t respond to calls, mails or DMs

Hello bro, I am literally in the same boat as you. It's been a week since all my rounds were conducted. The HR just told me that she will check and let me know. I am having a hard time not taking this as a sign of rejection because during the previous rounds, their TAT was max 72 hours.

My company is giving me a reimbursement while I go to school. It’s capped to induce me to study part time. I decided to go full time. Pay the difference out of pocket so I can graduate quicker.
