Hi, I currently work in genpact in OTC area and looking for a switch due to below:
The work culture is not good even after 10hours of shift we are advised to extend it.
Additionally, no clear vision on promotion and growth path is provided.
I am working with Genpact from past 2 years at PD level and getting EE1 rating continuously but still after all this I am not getting promoted and not getting any clarification on the same, it is past 6 months due already. If someone can refer please advise.
