SAP leadership at VWITS sucks on a genuine note, they lack professionalism.
Work culture is more or less about dealing with petty politics and micromanagement day in day out, you’ll spend more time and energy on dealing with this than being productive and focusing on work.
Work life balance is good, if you’re not enthusiastic enough about your work, no one is gonna bother and you can enjoy a lean period.
Job security is good, keep a low profile and become a parasite, you can retire from this organisation. There’s all the room in this organisation for non performers.
Hike is average now since the organisation is growing but they do make an effort to give regular gifts. So perks are good.
Projects are purely non consulting, generally Deloitte or SAP Labs is hired for consulting and VWITS only does the implementation part. They lack the leadership to go for core solution consulting so learning is less and even small project run for years to get implemented.
I left within 3 months.
u should be under good project manager. If ur manager is toxic then it is difficult to survive. They may ask u to come office morethan 2 days and do micromanagement

Mostly level 17, level 20 is manager as far as I remember. It’s a growing organisation so designations don’t really matter, authority is vested with a few in each vertical and they run the show pretty much.
