Hi, I had a total of 3 rounds—1 coding, 1 technical, and 1 managerial. After my last round, I received an email requesting my latest compensation and the last 3 months' salary slips. I shared the details but haven't received any response for 3 weeks, despite follow-up emails. Today, I called the scheduler, who mentioned my last round didn’t go through. When I told him about the email requesting my compensation, he asked me to forward it to his other email for review.

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
