Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Update Naukri daily. If you are on notice period you will get calls daily. Keep giving interviews and do not be too selective in giving interviews. Give all interviews, state your expectations firmly and follow the process throughout your NP.
I’m actually doing all of these already. I update Naukri daily and I’m consistently getting around 1–2 interviews every week. My notice period is 90 days, which I feel might be one of the main issues, though I always mention that it’s negotiable.
What’s confusing is that sometimes the interviews feel like they went well, but I still don’t get shortlisted. At times I do struggle a bit during interviews as well, even though I’m thorough with the concepts and hands-on experience.
Any tips on how to prepare better or improve interview performance?
