Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I think there should be more males caretakers in this world. Some of my clients just feel more comfortable with a guy and it's kind of sad how often they say I'm the only male they could find.

So working on an aging monolith system and trying to put a whitepaper together to explain the reasoning for transition to a headless setup.

Starting with absolute basic of separation of concerns and git branching projects and cloud / blob hosting for imagery on a cdn.

These are the quick wins I think.
