I have received an offer from Accenture for the role of Senior Graphic Designer in Mumbai with a CTC of ₹10.59 LPA fixed + 27% variable pay. I have also received an offer from eClerx for a Process Manager role in Pune, but the compensation details have not yet been disclosed.

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
