Can anyone tell me how well CitiusTech pays salaries for onsite opportunity. Is it worth it given all the expenses. He has a offer of around 16 LPA with YOE 7+ Automation Testing. He is expected to get more offers. Will it be worth it to stay back in India or US?

Wipro Hi Fishes URGENT ASSISTANCE REQUIRED.TIA Yesterday(8th March) was my LWD. I have submitted laptop,ID but manager clearance was not done as my manager didn't have request in his list. I dropped an email to Hr saying the same but no response yet. I still have an access to mywipro and office 365. I mailed hr again from my personal email id. Now I have few questions 1) does everyone have access to mywipro even after LWD 2) how do we know exit happened properly 3) when will I receive confirmation

Hi, I can let you know, as I have worked here previously, right now most of the folks have put down the paper or either they have been forced to put down the papers by putting them on PIP (you can read detailed reviews on Glassdoor and ambitionbox) Filter on the one rating and you will be able to see the ground reality
They are short on resources and they aren't able to hire people as everyone is aware of there hire and fire policy.
If you want to work 16-17 hrs in a day, which they openly say that you need to work these many hrs in a day, and if you don't like job safety, feel free to join.
But I would strongly suggest, please go through detailed reviews on Glassdoor and ambitionbox, especially where ex employees have rated it very low. Also, maybe you can reach out to ex colleagues on LinkedIn as they will be able to tell you the ground reality
Also, once you join the firm, I am sure you will feel like quitting and the thing is that when you will start looking for a job it will be tough for you as most of the companies outside are aware that the work is mostly research based, so switching from here will be a challenge
