Planning a move to Bellevue downtown. Does anyone have apartment recommendations for good managed properties ?

My family and I want to move from Florida to the Seattle area in 5 years. My husband is in Aerospace Engineering. We both love nature, hiking, and rock climbing. We prefer cool rain over sunshine, miss seeing the seasons, and love to cook.
Any advice, Pros VS Cons, anything to look out for ?
