In my organization, most with my role are commission based. Hi Guys. I have 07 years of experience now out of which 02 years is with consulting. I have not got any raise since I have joined and current CTC is 8LPA. I feel demotivated as I am not paid as per market trend. Recently got put on PIP.
Shall I focus on PIP completion or look for another job? Also, not getting much opportunities due to COVID impact and what should be the CTC I should ask for at 7 YOE?
