I have recently got the offer letter from Accenture, but I couldn't find the salary breakup/compensation plan excel with my offer letter. Is it mandatory? All my peers who got offer from Accenture have got a salary breakup excel along with the offer letter. Please help.

Fishes need suggestions. I have been put on PIP for bad performance. I am being a part of 6 months project and project is about to complete with backend work done. I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign? Or let them terminate me so I can claim salary of three months as fnf settlement? Getting confused, please suggest.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
