Hi,
I have recently joined Alcon And I feel my manager is super toxic.
My manager just keeps on taking out my mistakes and doesn't trust me since day 1.
Tried reaching out to the HR or TA team who recruited me but they are like puppets and for namesake.
My manager has made my life hell.
I am popping head ache medicines like everyday.
Any suggestions, or what I can do in this case.

PS: Tried communication but my manager's communication is very limited and lacks basic empathy.

My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked. Has anyone found a way for the NRC and Workout app to run simultaneously (pun intended)?
