I've been job hunting for a while now, and have yet to secure anything. I've made it through to the writing test a few times but haven't succeeded. I know I have the skill, but I struggle to even get an interview at most places. I'm pretty new out of college, but I'm in Atlanta and I feel like there aren't tons of entry-level positions in the area. Any tips for a new professional? Do we receive overtime allowance ? If yes, for what shift times?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
