Hi I need some advice on how much should I expect to earn. I moved to product mgmt about 2 years ago. I have 14 years of collective experience of mech engineering and industrial automation (new prod dev) and then b2b sales and marketing for industrial automation making half and half of the 12 years. I know I am grossly underpaid at 15lpa but I cant find any single guideline on my specific trajectory and how much should I aim for when searching and negotiating as HR are fast to point out this.

Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
Not sure what to do in this scenario.

I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. Am I black listed because of PIP? Please share your insights.
