Hi. I received tcs salary breakup mail on 21st May it's been a week but I haven't received any update on my final offer letter. I am serving the Notice period and my LWD is 31st May. How do you deal with counter offers? I have an offer to join a larger tech company in a more senior role, with bonus and RSUs that my current start up can’t match. But my current company want me to stay. They offered an increased base salary which is still below the new offer and I went back and said no, so they might increase. This only came about by me exploring a headhunt approach after being underpaid by my current company for the time I’ve been here . Would you hear them out or just leave?

How does underwriting compare to PIP litigation in terms of flex time (ability to stop/start work throughout day, work at 2 am if needed, etc)

For example.. in PIP Litigation I can review my suits at 2 am if needed (as a result of having a rough day or other emergency) and still be in compliance

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.
