Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group is too slow. For anything you wanna do inside the organization, 12 months of tenure is required. Even for promotions its the same no matter hoew exceptionally you perform.
Whereas Bain & Company has no such minimum tenure requirement. My colleague got promoted in 4th months of joining right out of college.

Two questions:
How would you ask about the flexibility of the location of a role? I'm interviewing for a role on the west coast, but I do have plans in future to move back east at some point - I currently work at a company that allows me to work from either. How would you approach this and would you do it in the interview or once you reach the offer stage?
How can you tell what level a job is at Amazon Web Services? I'm feeling a little in the dark as to what my expectations can be.
PwC What’s the better offer? I’m currently an associate at Mercer in Seattle making 115k with a 10% target, but considering an offer in NYC at PWC as senior associate at 140k with a 15%ish target. Also been at current company for only 9 months. Is it worth it to make that transition so early?
I applied to Pinterest and Amazon. I have interviews at both and it's looking positive. I'm a little worried I set the bar too low with my initial response for salary range expectations when I applied. Anyone ever told the recruiter afterwards a higher range and been successful? What might you say to adjust the range? Thoughts?

I think it’s best practice to not entertain a counter offer, and to head that off in the beginning. Once a company goes through generating a counter offer, they half expect you to take it and if you don’t they are bitter.
But you have one now, so now you need to assess it objectively: based on what you said — larger company, more senior, bonus, RSU, higher base. You have no stated objective reason to stay. So tell them to save their breath, and take the new officer. Congrats!!!!
