I recently attended L1 and L2 rounds LTIMindtree interview for Senior quality Engineer role. It's been a week since I completed the L2 round. Still I haven't heard anything about the interview result. When I reached out to HR they replied Awaiting Feedback.
Does it usually take this much time for interview result in LTI Mindtree or does it mean I am rejected..?
They even asked my documents to upload in the ripplehire portal

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
