Hi, I recently changed my joining date in accenture and I see that the onboarding forms are showing the old joining date and it is a non editable field as well. Whom should I contact to rectify this issue? Can I submit the forms with old joining date?

I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse. We satisfy the criteria but two questions - 1) Is this still valid I.e., $12k can be invested for 2021? And 2) Any insight into how this is done - Vanguard doesn’t let me add more than $6k as it’s above the individual limit. I tried searching the bowl for specific answers but wasn’t successful.
