I see nowadays lot of LinkedIn influencers sharing knowledge,recruiting stuff most of them copy pasted .for that getting likes and followers what's all behind them will they get any benefit out of it? No one is going to hire them based on the followers in the end it is a skill correct

Hello fishess, to join in wipro passport is mandatory like they mentioned in onboarding as my previous organisation(payroll company) it is not mandatory so i dont have a passport and my joining date is april 28th

1.Wipro will give any hike after completing probation period of 6 months??

Should I pursue masters in data science as I have no formal degree just experience?
If yes, then from which of the following options:

Never join TCS especially Public Service(erstwhile Govt.) ISU. I had worst experience, joined as fresher and worked for 4 years. Weekend works , long hours 😪. After 3 years, I asked for release to manager these he directed me to his Godfather (group lead - Rakesh Lunia), he was very rude on phone citing "ye koi dukan ni h aaj yahan kam kia kal us shop pe kam krna". After the call got disconnected I dropped mail his manager mentioned what he discussed. Then after.........
