Never join TCS especially Public Service(erstwhile Govt.) ISU. I had worst experience, joined as fresher and worked for 4 years. Weekend works , long hours 😪. After 3 years, I asked for release to manager these he directed me to his Godfather (group lead - Rakesh Lunia), he was very rude on phone citing "ye koi dukan ni h aaj yahan kam kia kal us shop pe kam krna". After the call got disconnected I dropped mail his manager mentioned what he discussed. Then after.........

Been for a company for over 2years. The executive team is very much a boy's club. There are a few women in management roles but zero ethnicity diversity there. I raised my concern to HR in feb. Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

I am open to fullstack role but my interests is more towards backend.
But I am concerned that I would be put into frontend only and a I would not be given backend work or else it could be 20-80(B&F).
