I work at a startup company, and there was no mention of a bond or notice period in my offer letter. Now, I 've received another job offer, and my onboarding is scheduled for October 29.
However, my previous company is asking me to serve a 30 days notice period, despite my resignation on October 16 and my request for immediate release. What should I do in this situation.??
