Hi, I would like to seek clarification regarding the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process and its standard processing timeline after an employee's last working day. As per the new Labour Wage Act (LWA), I understand the settlement is to be completed within 2 days. Could you please confirm whether the same is applicable in our PWC AC?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
