What is bench policy followed now? Last year, people beyond 2 months on bench were either put on PIP or asked to resign.
What is the practice followed now? Any idea?IBM

How many people on the bench at your firm? Surprisingly few at McK in my region

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?

Should One Start Looking for opportunities outside nagarro if he/she is on bench for more than 1 month and getting no proposals ??

I know notice period at thoughtworks is 2 months .
Given there are a lot of people on the bench , is there any chance that the notice period can be reduced down ? I'm not on the bench . Recently I joined a new project .

I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. I joined IBM on 30 May 22 & bench since then (Skillset: D 365 F&O)
There are no projects & my PSP told me to get allocated into AX 2012 which is an older versiom of the ERP software.
I got an automated mail today saying:
"Any refusal to accept available assignments offered by WFM Manager or to participate in interviews will be viewed as failure to comply with instructions of management & will attract disciplinary action."
Will I be forced to resign if I do not join a random project?

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now
