I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!

I got the OL from IBM , but I have mentioned NP of 90days in my PDM round and in the OL they have only given 35 days time ! I have no other way out but to serve my full NP . Will IBM consider the same and revise the joining date?
