People on the bench like..

Hello Fishes,

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

Will they give me exp letter?

Currently Talenttree doesn’t have opportunity based on my profile

Help me to choose among following options:

1. How long do I need to wait for the matching profile meanwhile continue doing 201 certifications?

2. Should I resign or no need to because bench period early release might be negotiable?

How is Xoriant pune for automation testers? Also how is job security in Xoriant as one of my knower is on bench since 3 months since joining. He is worried. Guys Please suggest.

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? I want to work purely on automation testing

Hi fishes, I need some guidance.

I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

Or should I move into the JS-React path since there seems to be a lot of demand? But my worry is about my lack of actual work experience

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
