Hi I joined Accenture on 26 july 2024 if I resign now do they ask me to return the joining bonus as in the offer letter it is mentioned 12 month u need to serve the company so if I consider 3 month notice period my lwd falls on sep 2025.

Joining location is Kolkata while project assigned is based at Hyderabad.
Would it be a good idea to join Accenture or better to stay back at TCS (retention offer: onsite & promotion) - considering I cannot change my base location from Kolkata. Will Accenture allow remote work once offices open?

I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?
