Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?
Thanks in advance,

That is too much of a salary difference to let go off Accenture
FYI, 27% bonus is highest what you can get and it dependents on performance from accenture and you in the fiscal year. So you cant expect complete 27% bonus.
Based on my experience, u should leave TCS and join Accenture,
Yearly hikes are better in Accenture.
Accenture has some good projects for SAP, once PP was a hot skill in Acc.
Reg variable u can consider as 15% average, more than 20% u will get only if u become a very critical resource & distinct performer.
TCS might be good at job security than Accenture.
No need to worry about location. In this attrition phase they will give you wherever u ask😁.
I dont find any reason for u to stay in TCS. I hope your getting level 9 in Acc.
All the best!
