I'm a 2D artist with 12 years of exp., 5 years in gaming. My last drawn CTC was 13 LPA, as a graphics designer in a fintech firm. I've been trying to find a job in gaming industry. From what I've seen, mostly gaming companies are seeking for candidates with experience of 2-6 years. And the salary cap they usually mention is 10 LPA. In the current job market, where opportunities are limited, I'm really not sure about what even to put in my expected CTC. Please do share your thoughts.

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward.
