Also, overall how is the WLB and pay in Mphasis I see not good rating on Glassdoor. I have offer from TCS so which will be better to join?

Hey, so I was offered a CDP position as an analyst in Accenture starting this fall, but today I just found out I got the Fulbright scholarship to be an ETA in Thailand for a year.
