I‘ve received my offer from morgan Stanley and right now the BGV is in progress. However, my date of joining as per offer letter is 13th jan. wanted to check how long does the bgv process usually take and when can expect the onboarding email.

Recently I applied for the SOC role in IBM. Cleared all the rounds. The HR was offering me 5.7 lpa. I asked for more. HR said she would check and get back. Hasn't replied to my calls since the last 4 days. Should I expect a call?

Hi,
I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack..
