Very recently i have felt like switching from non-IT to IT sector.

I have done BE in Civil Engineering and passed out in 2019.Since then i have worked for a startup as Customer support and Operations Manager.

So now i have enrolled myself into Data Science with Generative AI course for 6 months.

My question is , will i be able to do the transition ?

Will i be considered as experienced or as fresher ?

What sort of job roles will i be able to get and along with what package ?

Are the ideas that hit you right away ever better than the ideas that come through hours of banging your head against the wall with your partner?

At my uncles wedding in Madrid I remember lying down on the grass in the courtyard after their first dance and crying, my Dad came and saw me, laid down in his suit beside me and asked what was wrong.

Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??
