CTC= 22LPA
Years of Experience:6.8
Tech: React Js
Current CTC:15.5 ( Fixed) + 10% bonus
Today is the last day to accept the offer, I am not sure whether I should accept the offer, as My appraisal in current organization is due, results will be out in this month, so I am assuming my ctc here will be around 19 LPA


So will it be a right move to move on?

How are non-market (comp) Amlaw100-200 firms going to survive the associate salary hikes? I’m at an Amlaw100+ firm and our comp is about 25% under the new market for junior/midlevel and up to 40% under for seniors. We have tons of work and NO associates left to do it. Many (if not most) associates have jumped to market firms and no laterals to replace them. How will this place survive with no foreseeable associates and (allegedly) no plans for raises?

I want to switch markets transfer to my current firm’s office in that city. But lateral market is hot and bonuses are generous. Anybody heard of your current firm matching competing lateral bonuses so that they can keep you as an internal lateral? Or will firms match lateral bonus offers even if you aren’t moving cities in an attempt to keep you at the firm?

My current base was $196k base and 42k bonuses as a 2nd year manager in US.

Mindtree CTC contain 12% variable/bonus. Do they pay that 12% as part of monthly salary. Are there any clause on this part of CTC?
