Hi. My relative is specialist in Java with some exposure to Salesforce. Worked at TCS for 5 yrs and moved to EdgeVerve 4 yrs ago.

Despite being a consistent top performer, package including bonus is <14lpa, quite low considering what others are getting now with 9 YOE.

The person is happy with WLB/recognition given at EdgeVerve and does not want to switch even when market is booming. We feel the pay is not commensurate with experience and must switch or get a hike.

Suggestions please.

Are hike and VPB different? I joined in April 2022. I received VPB letter today.
