Techstack: ML, LLMs, Azure, Python, a bit of pyspark.

Now, my question is how much ctc should be ideal for my experience?
How do i achieve it in the next 2-3 months np.

Any inputs and suggestions would be appreciated!

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
