Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Audit Staff OP, make a doctor’s appt. I bet you have a vitamin D deficiency (lack of sunshine) and or B12. If you’re walking around in a fog..it’s time for a blood test and vitamins. Good Luck! Been there....done that.
Do you feel anxious a lot - does it alternate between that and lethargy?
Hmm maybe?? I'm not sure! I have a bad habit of downplaying everything so I don't even know if this is something totally normal or if I'm downplaying a serious underlying issue.
But I feel like the results Im producing should not require the amount of effort I'm putting in. Esp bc everyone I know are wayyy more energetic and doing way more. I can't tell if this is a physical issue or a mental one 😔
Same here. I'm tired all the time but eat healthy and workout. I know I don't get enough sleep but still feels abnormal. Haven't been able to figure it out.
It could actually be anxiety as well. If you’re constantly pumping cortisol through your body, it’s going to affect your adrenals and create lack of focus. I went through this for nearly 2 years, trying to figure out why I was tired all of the time. Got blood test, allergy tested, switched diet, nothing worked. Eventually I stopped being in denial about my stress and start an SSRI, significant improvement noted within a few weeks
Yes I have been feeling this way for about one year now and really impacting quality of life. I workout a lot and didn’t help. I went to the doctor and had them test me for gluten and found out I’m allergic about 2 weeks ago. So now seeing if that will help me. I think food can help this a lot.
Do you feel ‘flight or flight” anxiety a lot? This might be your recovery from that
What do you mean? I'm not sure what that is
Thanks guys! Yea it definitely feels a little abnormal. There's a difference between feeling tired and feeling lethargic, you know? I'm gonna try to exercise more to see if that helps. If not, I will go to the docs.
