Hi folks,
I was holding an offer from Cognizant and on my LWD itself I got an offer from a product based company. I have decided to go there. I called my recruiter for my offer declination, he mentioned, they'll blacklist me. For what time can they blacklist me? Will they blacklist me forever?

Bosch for great wlb, more than 100 percent bonus pay, more leaves, learning opportunities, excellent paternity and maternity policies, if opting for the sabbatical option available, higher education support program.
Be careful of work culture in Bosch local unit. But overall such MNCs control things well by mixing local, global and national employees. Someone wrote excellent benefits and culture in Bosch. Cost of living is also low in Abad. Acquired units have notorious I mean really horrible local culture in Guj - Thomson Reuters, S&P maybe, Cignex in the past, Accenture unit maybe, check thoroughly composition of localities on LinkedIn. If it's beyond 50% it will take global brands 3-5 years to fix the culture to global standards minimum. It's a tradeoff: good benefits, salary, global managers but local acquired units. It takes half a decade to fix things in culture at times.
Some of the global brands / companies which are acquiring locally in India are very very good mostly at global level the acquirers but culture turnaround is an exercise in itself. Such is M&A, I am a guinea pig of multiple M&As so know by experience.
First of all, congratulations on your success.
Your confusion is genuine, understandable.
But there are a lot of people on these platforms, who are either unemployed or finding it hard to clear interviews, especially a good offer, not because they lack skills, but just luck or timing or even lack of opportunities.
So it's not wise to publish here, for the sake of humanity, empathy. Ask someone senior in your linkedin connection.
BTW, look at different websites that provide company reviews. Even better, try asking Gemini or Claude or GPT. Try all.
I am not familiar with both companies, so no suggestions on that.
But location, I suggest that you should prefer the one closer to your home.
Thanks for your input!
