I have been selected for the position of Senior Data Engineer and have received the offer letter. However, the compensation mentioned is significantly lower than what was initially discussed. Despite multiple attempts to connect, the HR representative has not answered my calls and only responds via email, stating that the CTC can be revised—but I haven’t received any further updates since then.

I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
