28 weeks pregnant and this is my last trip. Went to the chiropractor this morning to get adjusted, then promptly threw out my back lifting my bag to go through security. It's not even heavy since it's only a 2 day trip.

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. I feel like I spend every week counting down to the weekend which kinda sucks.

Anyone know where can I get a take home COVID test? Need to buy one for a wedding I’m going out of state.

Used to work in the office, but WFH since March due to covid. How would you approach asking to move out of state and keep your job as permanently remote?

Going Roatán like I forgot how to travel.
• Alarm goes off at 5:15, wake up at 7:45
• Forgot headphones
• Forgot charger
• Checking bag and it’s 100% self serve (but I don’t work here)
• Cant check laptop because of battery and it won’t fit it scuba gear bag… that’s why I have 2 hands (coffee and random laptop)
• Negative Covid test, check, but it’s 20 min outside the 72 hour window based on who knows what time they chose and didn’t mention (don’t worry, they’ll just give me another one haha) 😅

So, I started watching “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth. Apparently, he found out he carries both genes for dementia which puts him at a higher risk. So the series is about him changing things in his life for longevity. The third episode is about fasting and he fasts for 4 days until the day he has to hunt for his food. Does anyone in healthcare have thoughts on this type of fasting? I know it is done in some cultures and religions, but to what extent?

Hi all, I’ve been taking 15mg XR in the morning and 15mg IR as needed in the afternoon for about 2 years now and it’s helped a lot, however, when I take time off I just feel so lethargic. I’ve read about people taking Wellbutrin as well. Anyone have experiences with this? New to freelancing, at the same gig since mid-June. It started as a 3-week gig, but extended multiple times. Since Oct, I’ve gotten persistent emails to complete some corporate training course. I assumed as a freelancer I was exempt. After replying “corporate training isn’t in my contract,” I got a personal email stating that I’m not exempt. The last day of my contract is in 2 weeks and I’m not planning on renewing, even if they offer. Are freelancers often required to do training?

I need some ideas for my last hour class. I teach reading only and I have this class first hour for reading and then last hour again for “communication skills”.
