Hi, Recently I cleared the technical rounds with Tech Mahindra

loc : bangalore
current offer : TCS with 17LPA and another one offer with 18.75(fixed) LPA.
I have 7yrs exp with dotnet - I will be tagged as U.4 band.
client is Applied material (client office we need log on)

the HR negotiating with 19 (10 %) . and she saying we will not give more than 80%from your current CTC even if you have offer of 18.75fixed LPA with my native chennai location.
here I have concern : bangalore expense is high

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. I've only been here 8months & want to leave as I need the money. Should I start looking elsewhere even if I haven't been here for a year?

Should I be happy because I still have a job or should I be mad and sad because I didn't get a rise? I'm underpaid and got a 9k raise through 4 years of work

I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Done with technical round, HR round and also background verification. And got a call from HR for negotiation. But till now not received offer letter. It's been two weeks. Is it always like this in tech Mahindra?? Or should I consider I won't be getting any call back.
