How many hours a week are you working? I’m generally clocking about 50-60 and I’m exhausted. I’m busy, but it’s mostly because no one I work with has any boundaries.

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

What has better WLB and comp, being a heme onc physician or climbing the ranks of D/SD/VP in R&D or commercial strategy for an oncology line? Not taking into account initial path to get to these positions.

10 years in the company where I started, working my way up from jr. analyst to present Manager M2 - Market and Tech Insights (5 levels), handling 2 major global tech/consulting clients. Next level is Sr. Manager.

Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF. And little nervous as well. What could be the reasons if the embryo is not implanted ? Is it something with to do with me? Do we need to do anything from our side, like acupuncture ?

Has anyone had any side effects from Ovidrel? I did my shot on Wednesday night and Thursday and Friday I was SO tired and fatigued and it was impossible to focus. Has anyone here use a resume writer before to help them rewrite their resume? I feel like trying to write about myself and be objective isn't the easiest thing. Get me in front of a hiring manager for an interview and have no problem talking about myself and my history. Getting it on paper and past the ATS is a different story.
