I have been asked to force resign after serving 30 days PIP in a very toxic environment. My LWD was last week. I am getting enough calls but I'm not mentioning that i have already been released by the organization and I'm mentioning that I'm on bench and an immediate joiner. I'm planning to spend some days peacefully, prepare better for upcoming interviews and join another organisation within a month.

If I reject Accenture Technology offer, will I be able to appear for Accenture Strategy interview later on? I have an MBA.

I appeared in L2 round of Capgemini recently.
Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Hello Procurement gurus. At our place, legal team is part of the Requisition workflow where they read the contract provided by the supplier. Once they have okayed the document, they approve the request. This is causing some issues at our end. I want to check with other folks, where does your legal team sits in the workflow?
