Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

Join SG. Your value will increase many folds in future. What I have seen is people with higher package naturally attracts more high package companies & opportunities.
Stop overthinking. Politely tell your decision of moving out to manager & HR. Join SG whatever it takes.
Join Societe Generale. 10 lpa is a massive difference in salary
Thank you for your response. I appreciate your suggestion. My only concern is that I joined Persistent just last month. If I resign during this early stage to join Société Générale, is there any chance that Persistent might blacklist me or that it could impact my future opportunities? I would appreciate your guidance.
Is SG okay for the notice period (of Persistent)? I would first check with SG, and I believe they generally are okay. Once you get a confirmation, quit Persistent. Mention the reason as "not aligning with my career goals' or something to that effect.
If persistent relieves you immediately, you already have a story for future use.
Hi! I have a similar level of experience and the same tech stack. If you don't mind, could you please share which topics you think are important to prepare for interviews, especially with AI becoming a bigger part of the interview process?
