Currently in Cognizant (10+ YOE 23 lpa cctc), resigned and have an offer from NTT DATA for a Pre-Sales role at 32LPA (₹28L fixed + 3.9 variable WFH), Cognizant has now come back with a retention offer of ₹30.3L CTC (~₹70k variable hybrid). I was looking for a change primarily for role growth and a fresh start, not just compensation. Would you choose NTT or stay with Cognizant in this situation? Interested in hearing from you guys?

I have got an offer for 14.5 fixed from Deloitte India for Senior Consultant with 5 YOE, Which is around 50% hike from my current ctc. How's Pega Consulting at Deloitte India. Just reading a lot of toxic reviews of Deloitte India has made me ponder over my decision

I was recently selected for a role at Google and my on-site interview was scheduled, all rounds went well but the last one which was with the hiring manager I had completely bombed to a point that my eye contact on screen made him suspect that I was googling answers which I wasn't.

Is there a chance I will pull through considering better performance on other rounds or I am done?
