Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? I had an offer from Company A but joined Company B last week.
Company A had sent joining kit (Mug, tea bags, notes) and Laptop a month ago and last week I received another welcome kit (t shirt, headphone etc).
Now I've been asking them to have someone pick these things up but no one has responded yet.
My friends are telling me to send just the laptop and keep other stuff, as those are trivial.

I'll be joining PwC AC Bangalore in Strategy Consulting. When I search my team name in Google, it leads me to the Strategy& page. Just wanted to check if the work I'll be doing will be the same as that of Strategy & folks in the US.

Need a guidance here, my LWD in accenture is in May. But they are ready to give me the chargeability only till March end. They are saying they need to relieve me early in this case. And my joining in the new company is on 25th may. What should I do in such case? I cannot afford to lose 2 month salary.

Got less rating + no awards but peers in my team who have delivered same or less work than me got both good rating and multiple awards. Feeling sad. What am I doing wrong. Have 1 years of experience. Tech- DevOps. Should I move to java backend ? Any suggestions will be helpful?
