What is the salary range for an senior consultant in Deloitte India? How's Deloitte Digital Unit ? I have got an offer for 14.5 fixed from Deloitte India for Senior Consultant with 5 YOE, Which is around 50% hike from my current ctc. How's Pega Consulting at Deloitte India. Just reading a lot of toxic reviews of Deloitte India has made me ponder over my decision
Also they want me to join their Mumbai office after corona ends where as I am looking for Pune

I have 3 yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices, have cleared all rounds in Deloitte and KPMG, i'm asked to send required documents, I have 10.5lpa offer in hand, can I ask 11.5 lpa saying I have so and so offer in hand....?
Will they give that much?

I got an offer from chubb Business Services with 10.5 LPA. My exp is 1.6 yrs and my current package is around 7 LPA at Infosys. Should I take this up ? How is it working for chubb ? 2nd company: 3.8YOE - 4.5LPA-Appraisal to 5.24 LPA (highly unsatisfied)
Second company (on retention) 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA
NOTE:
Job hit by pandemic and switched from 1st company with only 4.5 LPA which later increased to 5.24 in a year
Started applying for interviews in the second company and got offer upto 13 LPA. But decided to stay back with 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA on retention in current organization.
