I'll share my interview experience. This might be already known to but still revising. There would 2 tech rounds and one leadership & cultural round
1) Tech round 1 (code pairing): I was given a repo and explored on it. I was expected to implement a feature. The catch is they will see how to understand the problem and implement it. This round is all about interaction. You have to code with other interviewer, say our understanding and opinions on the problem statement. Writing clean code is a must and unit tests is extra bonus. I suggest to communicate each and every step and ask for doubts/clarifications.
Tech round 2: This round goes deep into tech stacks, projects you have mentioned in resume. Make sure you have good knowledge on what is in your resume and also prepare on alternate solutions/performance optimizations of your previous projects.
L&C round: This round was taken by someone with 15 yrs of exp. Just behavioral questions like how to handle conflicts in your team, worst feedback and how did you handle it etc.
This was my interview exp. Please look for other reviews on thoughtworks, there are tons of interview exp which might be helpful
How much did you ask eventually?
