I have an offer from the National Bank of Australia (a third party), with a joining date of October 31. Should I reject it and wait until I receive the offer letter from Deutsche Bank? I have not yet received the offer letter.

How do you deal with a manager who expects 3 months of work overnight? I have tried structuring , creating a plan to show him how the activities are being executed. Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?
