Hi,

How is this designation. How is the work life balance, growth & internal hike in Schneider Electric . Also, what will be the in hand salary in this CTC. YOE - 6.8, Tech Stack - Salesforce. The HR literally argued & gave me the exact same CTC which I had already from another company. How is the work culture here . Location - Bangalore.

I have applied to a few positions on USA.GOV. I am in the "referred" status for 3 of the jobs.

How long does it typically take to hear if one is moving to the next phase (interviewing)?

I've been in a referred status on one for 5 months. I did inquire about my status and I was told my resume was forwarded to the hiring manager- this was in June.

I got an offer from Cognizant and i accepted it.They asked my to provide a lot of documents and I signed(digitally) around 17 prejoin documents.Now, I have received a better offer from EY gds. Can i accept it and tell cognizant that i wont be able to join after signing those documents?

Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata. My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql.
