It can go till 42 lpa. But HR will only give 30 % increase in your curent pay.
Its very low, if you have counter offer then it can be stretched a lot.
One of my team member with 4yrs of exp is getting 55 fixed, band 6

SCB are paying above 30% of current CTC when people switch and come from a different company.. That can be 4x times or more based on what the current CTC is.. Obviously if you are in a company for many years then the multiplying factor decreases as your base does not increase as drastically as it does when you are switching companies..
It mostly depends on your current ctc and to some extent on your skillset. Offer is decent for band 6 in scb for 10yoe.

You can target for something like above 35 % of your current CTC..
