how do we get out?! i’ve been doing office work in a grocery store for too long… this was supposed to help me transition out of hospitality but it feels like i’m going to be stuck in a grocery store for the rest of my career
i guess i just need to voice my frustrations. it’s not that i hate my job or the field, i don’t. i’m just feeling extremely overwhelmed and discouraged i think. does anyone really, truly enjoy what they do in retail/hospitality?? needing some positivity

Do any RA’s or PE’s on here sign and seal for their company? My firm is trying to bestow these responsibilities on us and I’m holding out for an increase in comp. This responsibility was not originally in my job description. Additionally I am the only one with my job title being required to do this. I have two questions is the compensation good and how is the wlb?

I have significant equity in a property (300k+) and maybe another 200k across other properties. I have a decent amount of money in cash and already 200k or so in stocks. Would you consider pulling money through cash out refi and using it? I get nervous for stocks being so high. I have a few properties in pipeline already. How would you suggest using it (if at all).

Anyone noticed the dip in the market and is tempted to sell at this point? My advice is HODL. History always repeats itself. The market will come back up and if you sell you will lose. This is the time to buy not sell. Let’s go 🚀
